If you are an Artist interested in setting up at Otaku-Matsuri 2017 please click here and fill out our questionnaire. After we review your information we will email you with our decision.  We have plenty of space and want as many 2D artists, 3D artists, and clothier's as we can find. However, this is a judged artist alley so that we don't have too many of the same thing.  

Please note that some artists may apply to be in the vendors room, however the only ones who will be allowed in are those who focus on original items and original characters.

The deadline for applications is 06/30/2016.
Those who have been selected will be invoiced based on the schedule of dates below. Please  add Merchants@otakumatsuri.com to your address book so we don't get marked as spam! 
 Please note that we will be doing different schedules for requesting payment. 

Schedule 1 - Approvals and requests for payments sent Between January 1st 2016 to February 20th 2016, and all payments due by March 31 2016.

Schedule 2 - Approvals and requests for payment sent between April 1st 2016 and May 21st 2016, and all payments due by June 30th 2016

Schedule 3 - Approvals and requests for payment sent between July 1st 2016 and August 20th 2016, and all payments due by September 30th 2016.

Please take into account that if artist alley sales out prior to Schedule 3 all applications submitted will be added to our waitlist.

Artist Table's for Otaku Matsuri 2017 will cost $125 and come with two badges. The total space will be 10x6 with a 6'x 30" table. Additional badges for the Artist Alley will be at a discounted rate of $25 each.
